Bridging the Gap and bringing the future together
We’re facing two existential crises: climate change and rapid biodiversity loss. Reversing these crises requires protecting and sustainably managing our ocean, land and fresh water.

Climate-Smart Farming Techniques
PROSDOMA trains farmers in innovative methods that increase yields while reducing environmental impact. These practices help communities adapt to climate change and improve long-term sustainability.
Our focus areas include:
- Organic fertilizer production and usage
- Agroforestry and mix-crop farming
- Soil conservation and erosion control
- Integrated pest management
- Water-efficient irrigation methods
Support to Smallholder Farmers
Smallholder farmers form the backbone of rural economies. PROSDOMA supports them by providing the tools and resources needed to boost agricultural productivity
Our support includes:
- Improved seeds and planting materials
- Access to modern farming tools
- Training in crop rotation and land management
- Post-harvest handling techniques
- Linkage to agricultural markets

Promotion of Sustainable Livelihoods
Beyond crop production, PROSDOMA expands opportunities through agricultural value chains that enhance income generation and economic resilience.
We develop sustainable livelihood initiatives such as;
- Palm, cocoa, coffee, plantain and banana plantations
- Live stock management and improved breeds
- Horticulture and vegetable gardening
- Cassava, maize, and potato value-chain development
- Training in food processing and storage
- Beekeeping and honey production
Community Farm Groups & Cooperatives
We help communities establish and strengthen farmer groups and cooperatives to ensure collective growth and easier access to resources.
Our cooperative empowerment programs include:
- Leadership and governance training
- Group financial management skills
- Cooperative registration guidance
- Access to credit and microfinance
- Market linkage and negotiation support

Youth & Women in Agriculture
PROSDOMA actively promotes inclusive agricultural development by ensuring that youth and women have equal opportunities to participate and succeed in the agricultural sector.
Our initiatives include:
- Agricultural entrepreneurship training
- Modern farming demonstration for youth
- Support for women led-farming projects
- Digital farming mobile-based advisory services
- Access to small grants, tools, and starter kits
