Bridging the Gap and bringing the future together
At PROSDOMA (Promotion of Sustainable Development in Donga Mantung Association), community engagement is at the heart of our mission. We work closely with local leaders, youth, women, and vulnerable groups to design and deliver programs that empower communities, improve livelihoods, and create lasting social impact.
Humanitarian Outreach
We provide direct support to vulnerable populations through humanitarian assistance, relief programs, and social support services. Our teams work in underserved communities to address urgent needs such as:
- Distribution of food supplies
- Distribution of shoes and clothes
- Support for displaced families
- Educational materials for children
- Community health sensitization
Computer Skill Development
To close the digital divide and prepare young people for a technology-driven world, PROSDOMA offers computer literacy and digital skills training. Our computer development programs equip beneficiaries with:
- Basic Computer operations
- Microsoft office skills
- Internet research and digital communication
- Introduction to digital tools
Capacity Building
We strengthen local institutions, community groups, and individuals through targeted training and development programs. PROSDOMA’s capacity-building efforts include:
- Leadership training
- Project management and monitoring
- Community mobilization techniques
- Organizational developments for local farmers groups and associations
- Entrepreneurship and small business development
Women Empowerment
- Economic empowerment and income-generating skills
- Gender equality awareness
- Training in financial literacy
- Support for women-led community initiatives

- Production of household utilities like liquid soap
